exercise, make sure to eat salad, fruits, whole grain bread instead of white,
enjoy life!!

don't forget ur proteins!!
don't skip meals (breakfast is the most important meal of the day)
make sure you incorporate a limited amount of healthy fats in ur meals (nuts, olive oil, avocado, etc)
make sure to SLEEP
drink water throughout the day
don't eat past a certain time at night (8 is late!)
don't weigh urself!! just feel good 🙂

i don't mean to say u shudn't ever weigh urself, but don't let the numbers fool u.. i used to get discouraged when the scale hardly budged, even though my skirts fit so much nicer, so i decided to skip the scale... i'm trying not to focus on pounds. Just wanna feel more energized and healthy! (wouldn't hurt to fit into some of the dresses in my closet lol)

I find that the best way to lose weight and feel healthy is to eat a high protein and vegetable diet. and To consume few carbs...and the carbs which you do eat should be not processed... should be healthy and wholesome. Or course exercise always helps too. And so does sleeping well and taking care of yourself!
